Hi students!

As forewarned on the common board, the global magic system is in the process of
being overhauled.

The global mana changes have now been incorporated in to the SoHM, so you will
notice changes to mana consumption for instant and maintained spells.

Also worth noting maintained spell duration has also been standardised... so
you may notice some maintained spells lasting shorter (or longer) durations
than you were previously used to.

Any bugs or issues please let myself and Zizuph know.
