Greetings citizens of the Donut!

Following the next refreshing of the world some guild racks will
be updated so that a "kick" to the rack will allow broken items
to drop out without affecting your "rack points" or whatever
token value that measures the extent of your charity. The
change will affect Academics, some Krynnish guilds and perhaps
some others that share the same design from the original
wizard carpenter. Please be on the watch for problems and notify
me if you notice any.
