One handed spell enhancers

Since many spell enhancers are one handed, we have made a new update.
One handed spell enhancers will have an increased power, if your
other hand is empty. They will all be potentially as powerful as the
comparable two-handed enhancer.
This should let casters use a wand as their God of choice intended,
without having to sacrifice their looks.
In addition, the damage and heal spells will start showing you when
an enhancer is affecting the spell, so you know they are in
effect for your spell of choice.

Please allow us to hold/wield something on our off-hand without diminishing the effectiveness of the spell enhancer?

What you are essentially asking for would be the same as a player asking to be able to wear a shield while wielding a two-handed weapon. It double-dips on combat benefits.
Using one-handed spell enhancers without anything else essentially allows for it to be scaled as if it had the spell power cap of a two-handed enhancer. One-handed enhancers allow you the option of keeping it at the power of a one-hander and be able to use something in your off-hand... another weapon, holdable, or shield... or have the one-hander in isolation and get a nice boost to spell power. You won't be getting both.
