Hello World,

I wanted to notify you that I have made a couple of changes
to the ghostly spyglass and may be making others depending
on what the AoB team says.

The ghostly spyglass is now set up to be auto-kept.

It is now using the standard item expiration/recovery
system, so it shouldn't last longer than 90 days anymore.

The mana costs for using it will probably be going up to
be closer to the costs of scry spells.
