Dear Donut Dwellers,

About twenty-five years ago, a goblin incursion began into the village
of Port Macdunn. Unfortunately, due to unknown circumstances it was 
interrupted in the middle, and only now that work of Liege Khail has
been completed.

Goblins have been sighted in Port Macdunn, and Fahlmar needs your help!
Remember to show him all information and evidence that he requests before
asking for your reward.

The journal of the domain in the ToR and the quest orb of Khalakhor have
been updated accordingly.
