Update to undead fatigue

Greetings citizens of the donut!

I've only been AoB a couple weeks and unfortunately I
have already had to make a judgement call on a festering
issue that has plagued the donut the past couple of months.
With the recent introduction of new undeads an oversight
in game mechanics has been badly exposed -- namingly that
fatigue does not apply to undead players since they cannot
eat. The negative consequences of that design to the
overall Genesis economy was likely not immediately obvious
to the original designer of the undead player features.

This decision will likely be controversial since the
feature has been in the game since 2009 and the change
affects a good number of players. Old undead players
were wise (or perhaps sneaky) enough to not exploit it
to the extent that it has been exploited today. Or
perhaps previously there were just far fewer undead
players and no one noticed the issue. Regardless, the
oversight had to be fixed.

I fully expect many to argue that I did not go far enough
and others to to argue that it was not necessary at all
and why change it since it has been in the game for over
a decade.

Some time in the next couple of days, with the change
fully taking effect after the next refreshing of the
world, undead players will suffer fatigue like all other
citizens of the donut. However, since they still cannot
consume food or even herbs, we have chosen to keep their
stomachs always full and allow them to recover from fatigue
at a faster rate than normal players. Undead players will
also be able to receive benefit from fatigue reducing
equipment available to everyone in the game.
