Update to Benton is live.

Hello world.
When I brought Benton back in February, I did some experimental
things with him. Some of them worked out as intended, some didn't.
One of the things I wanted to do was make sure that every time he
appeared, he had a special item on him, and to facilitate that we
tried a novel approach that ended up making him much too rare (he
appeared just 10 times in the month of May) despite a few tweaks.
I'm trying a different approach for the summer, one that means he
will appear up to 6 times a day, but does not guarantee that he
will have a special item on him every time.
The good news is that Benton will now have a wider variety of gear
on him, most of which will appeal to just about everyone. There
has been a tweak to the Tanto, and Wasp is now a zanbato-ish
(horse-cleaving) sword instead of a knife (current Wasp knives
will remain knives).
Please note that Benton himself has been updated as well. He will
be a more difficult fight.
