The Quartermaster Corps of some Dragonarmies
(lookin' at you Black...) have been issuing
surplus Blue uniforms to soldiers in the
War in Krynn. Apparently they couldn't source
any of their own 'colour' because they kept
looking for a 'color'.

(sigh) What can you?

... they have all been summarily executed.

The new quartermasters are following the
correct procedures. However on the battlefield
you may still encounter malingering soldiers
with surplus blue uniforms.  Kind dispose
of them as you would normally do.
