Greetings,

The maintained cost for occupational mage guilds (WOHS, MM) has
been adjusted to account for their challenges in maintaining
their defensive spells while casting damage spells.

This should provide for a better experience for this type of
guild.  Further adjustments may be made, based on how well
this works in practice.

Occupational clerical guilds (POT, EC) are not affected.
