Greetings all.
I am somewhat confused now.  You say you want to balanace the races.
What exactly makes them inbalanced?  Is it people whining because x
race has this or y races has that?  If you are reacting merely because
people are whining, I would say you are doing the wrong thing.  I do
not profess to understand what the problem is so please enlighten me.

It is my personal opinion a goblin should have outsized strength when
compared to a human.  An elf should have outsized dexterity when
compared to a human.  And so on.  You must consider the penalties as
well.  While a drow may be more dextrous, they find it very difficult to
impossible to go certain places.

Please do expound on the problem.  I am eager to understand it.
