After the dynamic mana changes, we've been watching the effects on
various spells.  Upon review a few months back, we noted that AOE
damage spells appear to be giving a bit too much bonus against
multiple targets.

This has now been updated, and those that use AOE spells will see
a decrease in damage in this case.  The damage against single
targets remains unchanged.
