Does anyone know what her cudgel does? The red lines light up, and when being hit with it, it says you get drained, but what does the draining do?
Also if wielded for enough time it takes like half your stamina

I dunno for exact, but when fighting Nochipa SIlve and got hit by the cudgel, soothe gets less effective.
