By the grace of the Dark Queen, Takhisis, Tiamat etc and etc...
the race of Kalad known as Saurians have been admitted to Her
loyal Dragon Armies.

If it helps, you may think of these new recruits as Auraks...
or any other wingless draconian. (I've heard that She will
pull the wings off draconians to fit them in a uniform but
that none have taken her up on it yet)
