Takhisis, the Queen of Darkness, has always
taken a dim view of her priests and soldiery
setting out to 'train' her dear wee trolls...
and now She has decided to issue orders.
Soldiers may continue to train the trolls in
their own Army camp, but could find themselves
in a giant argument if they try to train the
trolls in the camps of other Dragon Armies.
Her priests are sworn to keep order in Her
Holy City and so may not harm any troll.
