Kirk, the self-styled 'King' of the Brix Gang has
somehow gotten himself hooked up with a supply of
throwing stars of a draconic design... no doubt
smuggled into Palanthas from parts distant.

Who knows how these city rats get what they want?

In any case, he has taken to flinging stars at
strangers who come calling. That is, in between
kicking them in the head and trying all manner
of other smuggled weapons on them.

He is not very nice, so have a care.
