Dear Donut Dwellers,

This message will try to clarify the correct way of communications with
the administration / wizard community in some cases:

* An item malfunctioned and caused you a loss:
This is an AoP team case. Mail/commune based on urgency
* An action generated a wrongness in fabric of space, or another
  weird technical message:
  * If you're stuck, it's an AoP case. Commune.
  * Otherwise file a bug and the Liege/AoC will handle it.
* An item does not perform as advertised
Tag the item with a <bug> and the Liege/AoC will handle it.
* An item performs as advertised, but you think it should
  behave differently.
Tag the item with an <idea> and the Liege/AoD will handle it.

Currently the areas without a Liege, or with a Liege on a leave are:
* Avenir
* Calia
* Terel
* Sparkle/Greenoaks

It is very important to tag the bugged item, even if you discovered
the bug outside of the item's domain. If you tag a room where you
discovered the bug instead, it's usually not very helpful. If you have
a problem with your guild, tag the guild item.
