You raise some good points and concerns, Laurel, and as far as your question at
the end goes - my opinion is that we we can certainly "ask" and hope but not
"expect".

We must all bear in mind that this world is developed and maintained on a
voluntery basis.

I'm ogre man-guessing that investigating the kind of unwanted behaviour you
describe, regardless of which players or guilds are involved, takes a lot of
time and effort.

Most likely, its not at the top ten of any admin members favourite work tasks.
