Due to continuous complaints about bugs with the brews the following
moratorium is being announced effective right away:

1. If you use it against a player fighting that player, it is an abuse.
2. If you try to use it against anyone, and end up hurting yourself,
   or your teammate, you're not "insured" against a bug.
3. If you use it successfully against an NPC, you are perfectly fine.
4. If you just stock it for the times when the bugs are fixed, you
   are perfectly fine.
