| There are a few new changes coming with the new turn of the World. |

| Those of you who braved the Bruinen and sought the treasures of |
| Imladris may have found frustration in finding Elrond protected by |
| an unseen force. As the strength of Sauron increases, the time and |
| power of the elves wains, as stated by Elrond himself. Thus, you |
| will find the magic shields he placed around himself to be gone |
| and you will also find his armament to be diminished as well, but |
| more in line with what should be expected from such a fierce |
| battle as with one of the First Age. |

| News has also come from Barad-Dur that the armours forged from the |
| scales of the sea-drake for the Nine are not as all-encompassing in |
| their resistances as previously found. |

| Lastly, there is another report from Moria that may be seen on the |
| next poster. |
