Teleport Spell Recovery
Effective immediately, occupational casters will find their magical
conduits to the fabric of space, time, and deities are strengthened,
lessening the arcane exhaustion from casting teleport spells and
speeding recovery. Spells which transport the caster's team are
naturally more exhausting than those that teleport only the caster.
Lesser teleport spells to a guild home which can be managed by a layman
are unchanged.
