Dear Donizens,

It was brought to our attention that most of the banks in Genesis
are not charging the fees for minimization properly for the last
several months.

A closer examination revealed that there indeed was a bug in the
underlying banking infrastructure. That bug has now been resolved,
but there is a remote chance that some other locations may now
present or charge illogical fees. Any fee between 5% and 35% is 
considered such a fee. Other misbehaviours are also possible.

If you encounter problems like that, please <bug> the bank you
are trying to deal with.

Some banks may continue to charge no fees until Armageddon forces
a reboot and an update.
