Network disruptions

Dear Genesists,
I was just informed that a network maintenance and an equipment upgrade are
planned by our host, Bezeq International.
The maintenance will occur on March 17th, between 00:00 to 05:00 game time.
The maintenance will affect mostly people from the US who are connected
via Level3 overseas lines to London (I think about 60% of US lines)
These people may experience a higher lag for 30-60 minutes during the
maintenance. Others (except Israeli players) may experience a minor lag
then as well, as the other lines become more loaded.
This maintenance follows two disruptions (night game time) that happened
in the last two weeks, first of which was caused by a rather unexpected
equipment failure, and the other one and this one are the repair works.
