Mino's with their big pointy horns are rightly limited in the things they can wear on their head.
Obviously a plate helm isn't going to fit on, Even face masks wont fit because they are humanoid shaped.
Bandana's however I think you could argue the point if it can fit on the head of say an Ogre on the bloodsea then it could be big enough to fit on the head of a minotaur too?

Now bandanas offer negligable head protection but the runed black bandana is pretty cool hence the reason for asking.

Well as far as I know the Natural AC on the head of a minotaur at least in the Bloodsea minotaur guild increases as your horns gets better up to like half what the great black skull gives. So being able to wear a bandana would actually be increased protection and minos would want to be wearing them all the time.

I like the idea that there is only one helm in the game for minotaurs, though I think it should at least be able to save for how rare it is.

Well, you could give up AC for some more damage. Neidar boars have steel tips in their tusks, maybe you could get some iron/steel/mithril tips for your horns? No more AC, but some more damage.

Would love that of course. Even just for ornamentation.
But I don't think many people want to give the minos more damage.

The AC on the bandana appraises like you would expect of a piece of cloth to do, almost zero.
Perhaps that is the balance for its special features.
Don't think it adding anything to minos is an issue really.
I am sure the champron adds many times more and if they cannot be used together then that's also a balance.

Even with a little natural AC minos head is a real weak point.
As any mino fighting certain head bashing guilds will know.

Also, instead of missing you it would be nice to have different messages, like "You manage to grasp Tarax's horns and stop his charge at the last moment." It is pretty hard to miss a dwarf who can barely walk.
