If it was last night, myself and another former vamp noticed Dare was awake. She is a known malcontent (even among vampires she wasn't well liked), and apparently she somehow managed to escape the purge of vampires from the old guild when it was emerald as those are all abilities from that version of it. I'm sure it'll be taken care of by wizards.

Yes, lets kill off the last shred of the a historical part of the game.

Who the fuck cares if someone still has the abilities. Let the person have some fun for christ sake.

I completely agree.
if that person has the skills and abilities of the old vampires.. Why not let him/her keep it.
Not like it hurts the donut to still have some mysteries..

Well, for starters she was using them against another player. Had she been a bit wiser, she would have kept it for her. As for keeping the history, there are a couple of characters who are still mystics (Aldieb the Mystic Archon, rising hero, male elf), but they only keep their guild title, all skills have been stripped down. They sometimes walk around roleplaying.

Here is where I say very few vampires would have accepted to keep their title and guild slot busy but without skills, and then would come Ilrahil post about how I still trash them, and Mersereau's shit talking, so I will keep that for myself.

Genesis isn't a museum, it's an actual game.
A game for the people that play the game, who expect an Administration that is fair and consistent.

You can say the exact same thing about Xar's peace spell, that you just said about this Vamp...And we know how many people complained about that, and rightfully so.
It's unfair to the active population, and I can't see the Admin having done anything than what it did.

Peace spell is no longer working, I wonder if the same can be said about melt and perhaps a couple other spells and abilities I can't think of now...
