The Blademasters is a society of sword-users that has existed, in one form or another, for hundreds of years. Once a formidable army during the Age of Legend, their numbers have dwindled away. Now the title of Blademaster is more of a right to be claimed by those of excessive skill with swords than it is evidence of membership to any organization. In fact, the Blademasters are no longer a true organization as such. There is no one place they call home, there is no one cause they defend. Anyone from the foulest murderer to the holiest warrior may rightfully claim their title, as long as they are among the best with a sword.
