Re: The Guild Census

Good question Zhar. But one is not clear for me? Does this 100% in Offence means this is the best most offensive guild in my opinion? Any way here are my oppinions: My thoughts: SoHM offence: 50-70* defence: 40-70* support: 30 utility: 20 AA offence: 60 defence: 90 support: 35 utility: 0 Second best...

Re: Weaponmasters, again.

(...) What's lacking is a generic DPS melee layman that doesn't depend on a particular weapon type. (...) There is such a guild - Minotaurs. Pure dps, and doesn't depend on weapon. In fact it is Zhar's layman version of Gladiators. I don't think lay Glads would have bigger dps. Another melee lay ar...

Re: New System for Items that Save

(...) Then an article appeared on the horizon, admin rushed suddenly with the simplest possible change, with side-effects impacting game balance seriously, side-effects you simply can't solve for a looong time already. You could have transformed those few OP no-dull weapons into slow-dull (quick, s...

Re: Global layman guild review

First of all thank you Arman for this topic. Yes, layman guilds needed a balance review for a quite long time. But before I start to write about specific guild I would like to return to some roots, some of player mentioned already. What are layman guilds for? Or what should they be for? What is thei...

Re: Azure sword, but for evils

How bad is unarmed combat with empty hands compared to a good sword in the hands of a swordguru? Assume the same skill level and the same stats. If you, for instance, compare fight the same mobs by the same player with a foul stygion-black sword (I think it is quite a nice sword) vs unarmed, the fi...

Re: Auction House - Update

What? I fully agree with Jar. How the hell I should know what I have won? When I put 30 pc on 10 items, log out and next day I see I have 150 pc back and 5 items I should receive from Rommik. Tell me how I could know which items I have won? Maybe just turn off anonymous option and you will have in l...

Re: If the game were nerfed ...

It is not an easy answer to nerf or not to nerf. More important are details. If specials will be nerfed, there will be anything added to compensate it? Lets look at example: Two champions mercenaries in team kill orcs, vampires and shades in Kryptgarden in Faerun. Now they both needs let say 40 min ...

Re: Mana regen imbue

There are consumables, other than herbs, that regenerate mana. There are also enchanted items (not imbues) that do the same thing. Are you sure you are around from before PoT were opened? The same with health. There are enchanted items that heal. But it is not the case. The issue I have raised is t...

Re: Mana regen imbue

The intelligence stat controls manage regeneration rates, so there is already a rather powerful mana regeneration imbuement. Cherek, are you sure it is int and not wis stat that controls mana regeneratuon speed? Int it is mana pool. But anyway alcohol can speed up healing much faster than faint int...
