Mailed the wizard i bug reported it to, to see if there was any news.. But no reply

So, asked around in the cave a bit. Everyone but Angmar seems to stagger. I dont even trigger the staggering when unarmed. Only with a one hander and shield. It isnt so much an item. more an ability. Its the drunken evading. But yea did a bug report this morning.

Works fine when wearing a shield and wielding one handed. Kinda weird.

Why doesnt stagger trigger when fighting with no shield. ?

Is pirates bugged, or is it simply further evidence Angmar is not optimal.
