A game is built around annoying obstacles players have to overcome. Sometimes it makes sense to tweak those obstacles to improve the game. I do believe there is a tax paid for specific attributes to racks. Which is why they are not all formatted the same way.

As far as I know the Krynn racial guild doesn't have any guild halls or such. Each race has perhaps 8 - 10 emotes, and then a bunch of names/locations to choose from. Krynn elvish racial gets darksight as well or at least they used to. Not darkvision but the ability to do basic tasks even in a dark...

...need someone who is across the theme and lore of the area to work on it, otherwise you end up with something that undermines the foundations of that domain (for Krynn, it would be like someone unfamiliar with the domain adding the Knights of Takhisis or orcs, or a Barny loving Purple Dragonarmy)...
