How about officers are given the ability to band together groups of draconians to team with them and fight for them? Check to make sure your system clock is accurate. (Usually only affects Google-owned websites and also usually in Chrome, but it still could be the case..) If that's not it, you could try taking out the "s" in "https" (May work, though it may also result in an unsafe connection.....
