Check to make sure your system clock is accurate. (Usually only affects Google-owned websites and also usually in Chrome, but it still could be the case..)
If that's not it, you could try taking out the "s" in "https" (May work, though it may also result in an unsafe connection..)
If that doesn't work, it's beyond my scope to help with..

Maybe the problem is communication with the server - I usually got similar error when my router is down or my broadband doesn't work.
