I just wanted to add that I second Rhynox's note pretty much in every point
that he made. Personally I would be absolutely content, if I could spent 90% of
my time in the game roleplaying.
Why is that? Well... does it make me feel better that I spent 10 hours on
killing a few lines of code over and over, when my activity is restricted to
proceeding from one room to another? No, not really.
Truth to be told, I just don't care. It doesn't boost my self-esteem. It
doesn't make me feel better than others. Of cours PvP can be thrilling, but
there is plenty to be done on that field in terms of balance and PvP oriente
abilities.
I am looking forward however to meeting colourfull characters. People who are
capable of making a convincing impression with their roleplay. Does this make
me feel better? It does indeed. I may consider it a time well spent and
amusing. Like a good book, though you never know what's going to happen and are
taking an active part in it.
Therefore, if changes are made that encourage other activities and help in
realising there are other players, who perhaps have a lot to offer in terms of
enterteinment, I am all for it.
Regards
Targun
On Rhynox's note...
