You close your eyes and concentrate.
You are in a part of the Keepers' art collection. This is where they keep the
statues of some unfortunate adventurers. Rumours have it that the Keepers once
fought a great battle against revolting Archwizards here and that the room
still contains strong magic from that time. Some visitors claim that they have
seen statues turn alive and disappear!

There is one obvious exit: south.
A statue of Laurel, a statue of Straag, a statue of Soote, a statue of a pudgy,
filthy male gully-dwarf wizard and a statue of a young wide-hipped male goblin.

This is the lobby of the Tower of Realms. The floor and walls are made of
polished marble, reflecting your image as you look around in wonder. This is
where the different Domain Lieges have their information offices. On the floors
above, each domain has a room where information about that realm can be
obtained. Broad stairs lead up to the first floor of the tower. The exit
'common' will take you to the common board.
Next to the door is a bulletin board. It is intended for notes of general
interest and all topics of general interest can be discussed on this board.
However, as goes for most boards, use courteous language and use your common
sense.

The creature appears to be half man and half tree! He is at least fourteen feet
tall, with branch-like arms and leaf-like hair. His skin is covered with a
thick bark-like substance which looks like it would protect him very well. The
most impressive thing about him, however, are his eyes, which are wise,
patient, and echo millennia of sorrow and joy.
He looks pleasant.
He seems to be feeling very well.
