Greetings Donut Dwellers!
The Christmas Ham Event of 2013 (and early 2014) was a success! The
Christmas Kitchen has managed to replenish its stock
of both hams and smoke chips thanks to the 36 participants that
found 2522 hams, 2580 smoke chips, and smoked 1257 hams over the
course of two weeks.
The Genesis Team of Events would like to commend the many individuals
who worked individually and as a team to ensure that the crimes like
this don't go unpunished. Tracking the thieves to their hideout, justice
was served!
Additionally, 24 people were able to retrieve at least one arch pig.
The most commonly found arch pig was Gorboth, and the least commonly
found was Petros. Congratulations to all that found them.
For the second week, we had achievement badges. Both arch pigs and badges
earned granted bonus quest experience to your event reward. It also
contributed to your final point totals. One could theoretically achieve
the same points as someone who didn't focus on just collecting pigs and
smoke chips by being strategic with badges. Extra bonuses were given for
"master" badges - those badges that were culmination of other badges.

and general experience depending on their place in the ranking.

* All collectors of arch pigs will receive a bonus in quest experience
based on the number of arch pigs collected. Collecting whole set gave
an extra bonus.
* Please collect your rewards in the AoE office.

- Points for hams and chips were 1, 2, and 5 based on rarity
- Arch pigs were worth 25 points. Special bonus given for collecting
all five
- Badges were worth 25 points. Special bonus given for master
badges.
