Would having a raidcall (voice chat) for the game be okay or against the rules?

I did something similar to this on another MUD years ago, when Skype was brand new. I did it once, similarly to the reason above about breaking the illusion. Yes, instant message somewhat does that, but as a side note, it is hard to focus on the realm when someone forgot to mute their input, or have it set too sensitively and you hear them crunching doritos

If we did something like this, I'd prefer it to be thematic. Perhaps there could be some place where you could do a mass-release of ravens to carry the same message to as many names as you like (for a price) like the Maesters do in Game of Thrones.
