I've been away and came back to find the place full. Pleasant surprise!
What's been going on? I head back to Sparkle and see this in the church:
The empyreal shadowy male presence gives a huge heap of gold coins to an
ancient thick-armed male dwarf.
The ancient thick-armed male dwarf rumbles: thank you
The ancient thick-armed male dwarf rumbles: should I ask what I just did?
I walked away and found a corpse of a noble green-eyed male human. Not sure
what just happened. I returned to the church to find the dwarf and presence
gone. Then this:
BANG!
Lightning strikes the black stone, causing it to sparkle with electricity!
A noble green-eyed male human arrives.
The noble green-eyed male human yells: did you see a dwarf just here? he just
stabbed me with a black knife, ran off, and i died
I helped him out with some gear at that point, but what the heck is going on
these days?
