Is there any map of the new Khalakhor around? I mean - where to look for the racial Clans there and stuff ... the map on crossbearer doesn't work for that :|

There is a "new" khalakalahaor?
Haven't been in years... a lot of years. Doubt that will change soon new or not.
Tried killing a bit, got knocked unconscious and dragged to jail. Screw that..

SaMorgan (ship from Cadu, ship from Port McDunn was removed for some unknown reasons), somewhere around SE corner, there's a racial guild for humans and some club for females (seductress or something).
