Goblins vs. Sparkle!

Poor "little" Fulgrim did his best to defend Sparkle from the marauding goblins, but I'm not sure if his efforts were even noticed... A team of ye aulde mighty heroes of yore stormed in and crushed all opposition. Fulgrim wonders if it was difficult for them... Didn't seem to be a huge effort for them even to destroy the goblins that brought him to the verge of wimpy in a few seconds. He didn't even have the guts to attack the last boss.
Seemed like a fun event, a lot of spam however when the big teams from both sides arrived. TBH I didn't even see that Fulgrim was being sliced to ribbons-- might as well have been one of the other mortals who did it

I'm kinda wondering if this was a new event, or if it has happened many times?

So there are other raid events that go on in the realms.
But most of those are tied to particular guilds.
Guilds I have never had very strong ties to, in all the time I have played I have only participated in one, a kroug raid on "hektorday" we were a decent sized team and it was over in seconds.

Great to see more open raids, not just tied to guilds.
They are a great event.

I'm sorry I missed it this time this was the second.

The first goblin attack came not long after the new mercs opened. The NPC Morgan was quite involved, she was played by a wizard and interacted with the players. She didn't fight the goblins, just walked around and seemed concerned, answering questions and such. It was really cool and I've waited for a new attack since then. I hope they will come more often now. I want another chance to beat up those ugly beasts
