Azure sword, but for evils
Can we (non-goodies of Genesis) please have the non-dulling, haste-boosting imbueable weapon that a newbie can be guaranteed to get from a quest?
Like the azure-etched or something shortsword.

Re: Azure sword, but for evils

Re: Azure sword, but for evils
The azure sword gives haste?
Re: Azure sword, but for evils
Yeah the sword gives haste, it gives off light, non-dulling, it's an insanely good weapon.
I'm pretty sure baddies can wield the sword though. If they can't then why not make it so they can?

Re: Azure sword, but for evils
Because of the spell used to enchant it.Johnny wrote:If they can't then why not make it so they can?

Re: Azure sword, but for evils
How about some azure gloves then as well
sorry guys... you are right, there should be an evil version of this sword. But why all types of weapons... i mean every type of weapon has an extremely good one right?
I mean weaponusers have been spoiled badly now arma dont take them away anymore and there are still unbreakable weapons around....

Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that.
Re: Azure sword, but for evils
Yeah, unarmed users don't get very many toys. I'm down for some super hasted hand wraps or something that won't let you wield a weapon and comes with it's own damaging special.gold bezie wrote:How about some azure gloves then as well![]()

Are the flaming gloves from Tyr useful?
Re: Azure sword, but for evils
Unfortunately, the flaming gloves from Tyr are minimally useful. They do seem to add some fire damage, but the fire only burns if there is nothing in your hands (no weapons or shields). Also, the gloves are destroyed if they leave your inventory (dropped or into racks). I haven't played with them since before ever-saving equipment, though. They MIGHT be viable now. For unarmed users, the go-to is generally the snake-skin gloves out of Calia. I don't know if anyone has done any extensive testing to compare the two.Johnny wrote:Are the flaming gloves from Tyr useful?
