That they have it at all makes no sense.
I don't believe that many of us imagines an army of dwarves, goblins and orcs to be very silent and sneaky. A brutish lot with more brawn than brain. Why would they care if they're seen, if their main way of victory is always brute force..?

Uhm, Angmar is more than just a basher army. it's not like we're ogres. most of us anyways. AA uses strategy and angmarims have more thoughts in their head the 'me smash de wanga'
it makes sense that they have stealthiness and awareness, cause they're tactical
