But would changing so you get revealed if you heal while invis really do much about that? I mean if the HP/damage mitgation is the main issue, changing invis and heal likely won't prevent that kind of strategy. You can still just run in, heal the Nazgul in plain sight, and run out. Repeat. That strategy will likely keep the Nazgul alive more or less indefinitely as well?Kvator wrote: ↑06 Mar 2024 22:31it was about griefing strategy -> where, due to nazgul's massive DMG-taken reduction, 1 'healer' can outdo dmg of 5-6 players who want to kill him (which is not the case for all/almost all 'living' NPCs - that were given as counterargument here)Budwise wrote: ↑06 Mar 2024 20:19My experience killing him is that only the tank takes damage. And not anything that needs cleansing?
Rest of team just stands around for up to 20 mins making small white hits as specials do not work.
So not much strategy involved. Mostly just brute forcing it.
The weapon breaking thing also seems a bit buggy.![]()

Include me out? I was just recounting how battling it is right now.
Re: Vampires
yes it do much about that (not needing to prepare specially for potential griefer is nice QoL feature)Cherek wrote: ↑07 Mar 2024 04:22But would changing so you get revealed if you heal while invis really do much about that? every targetable action should break invis - it's pretty simple (my opinion ofc, as i know there are ppl enjoying walking blobs of darkness and other stupid stuff)

Re: Vampires
Not to revive this flame but when I was messing around with sneak/hide I was not able to soothe/refresh myself while hidden.. Did the wiz actually do something about healing while invis? Or just for sneak/hide?
> hide
You can't hide any better than this!
> soothe
You are no longer hidden.
You begin performing a soothing melody.

I am not Venus, everything I say is out of the game.
Re: Vampires
Hiding have always been revealed by spellcasting, invis only if the spellcasting is an attack.Venus wrote: ↑22 Nov 2024 01:08Not to revive this flame but when I was messing around with sneak/hide I was not able to soothe/refresh myself while hidden..
