Saying that monks can only tank and not do damage is like saying SCOP cant damage undeads 
With [edit: specific guild details removed] a monk hurts like a ¤"#"#¤%"#! Combined with [edit: specific guild abilities removed] and insane tanking ability it makes the more than powerfull imo
