I'm doing some web development IRL and I can tell you that Genesis page looks fine. Sure, it could use some minor tweaks here and there (better link pathing, bigger font for text, maps actually popping up instead of being scrolled inside this tiny window etc.) but it's nothing significant. The most important thing about a website is the front page layout, 80% of people continue or leave the site immediately at this point, and I think that the front page of the website looks astounding, especially if you compare it with what's common on the web this days - bloated stuff filled with social media links, ads, banners and a dazzling display of colour. Another 50% leave the site, never to return, when they start clicking on the links and get confused (and that's definitely something that could be tweaked a bit on the website, but general design is clear and concise so it's not that big of a deal).

That would be interesting info that can tell how much room there is for improvement. I dont know what kind of stats we have now, but sites like google analytics can easily show lots of useful info.
