Greetings Genesis population!

Could you describe what "speed" is affecting?

And the second question is about magic resistance:
Whats the difference between "Fire resistance" (for example), and "Magic resistance" ?
Does it mean Magic resistance boosts all types of resistances (i.e. Fire, Life, Death etc.)
