Could be done.

I even used to have the Mordor Scouts guild idea at one point.

Unfortunately there are more pressing matters at the moment. Perhaps in some undetermined future...

Would be more fitting to make the orc guild have warg mounts like Noldor horses and goblins of the fang wolves...
