Badly documented/unknown commands?
So... while messing around with my Gelan hair, I found out "double" exists.
Awesome command!
Also I only learned "Track" exists after seeing another player use it.
"v mail" is a command I learned when someone nemntioned it on discord.
"buy tickets for team" another one that I took a while to learn, and I rarely see newbies using it.
So... any other commands I should know? And why "double" is not on "help topics" in first place?

Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
Can't say I really remember but I would look up quest commands for both fixes and streamlining new commands.
Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
Awesome! I didn't know it existed either. Show of hands wizards and admins, how many knew of this command?!double bounce while yodel
You bounce around uncontrollably while yodelling a merry tune.

I had to check what the 'double' command was. Then I remembered itCherek wrote:Awesome! I didn't know it existed either. Show of hands wizards and admins, how many knew of this command?!double bounce while yodel

Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
Horrible exploit! Must be fixed!
I mean people can now yodel while gaining XP?!?!?

Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
I knew about it .. but I think it only works IF you have your eyes washed in Gelan? (or maybe I'm wrong)
If something I wrote sounds confusing ... assume you misunderstood it.
Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
knew about both really.

Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
The issue here is that supposedly deleted emotes like "grope" still work if you use them inside a double.
You see a mousetrap. I see free cheese and a challenge.

Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
maybe add double to <help topics>, add buy tickets for team to <help team>. <help track> already exists. So does <help double> --- but add it to <help topics>! I've read thru all all the files on the list but must have learned <double> in Gelan, although I never tried it until I learned I could use it to grope. Guessing that won't be possible for much longer.
and speaking of help files (total side note, sorry), maybe a <help glow> or something. Some days it feels like 90% of ntell is "why do I lose stuff when I quit" / "how can I make my gear save" / etc. Glowing items are covered in <help armageddon> but it's not clear that the same rules apply when you quit.

Re: Badly documented/unknown commands?
I've been using double quite a bit recently. Also, some emotes are specifically edited as they pass through double (see <dance> and <sing>).
Oh, and you CAN use adverbs as well. There is a natural alias for double, which is "2".
