Greetings All,
I very rarely post notes publicly, but now I feel I should state some
things that I feel are important.
All of us who dwell in these Realms have a tendency to focus too much
on ourselves, our miseries, and what lacks in our lives. It is quite
a normal way for sentient beings to think. Always wanting to have more
and to complain about things that are, in their own eyes, not perfect
for them. When eyes are lifted at times, envy pops up. Much wants
more.
I would like us all to stop for a moment and ponder why we are here.
Every single sentient being in these Realms are here to find some
manner of enjoyment. This is not only true for the mortal sentients,
but just as much for the immortal ones.
There would be little enjoyment for any of us if we did not have the
immortals up there, using their knowledge as well as their time to
create this wonderful world for us. They are not paid. They are not
conscripted. They are here just as volountarily as the rest of us.
Now that we have stopped this moment, take another moment to look at
all the marvelous things around us and remember the 'praise' command.
Let the immortals know of the things you really enjoy. Thank them
for all their hard work. And for every thing you find complaint about,
find three things to praise as well.
So to end this note I would like to give thanks to all the immortals
who spend their time and their brain energy to work on these Realms
for us all to enjoy. Thank you.
