Goblin caves.

Post by Zorath » 19 Sep 2010 15:31

Not sure where to put this, so I write it here.
I noticed that there has been added a check if there is light (or possibly if the person can see in the dark) in the room when you push/pull the walls in there.
The means that it is possible that people can get stuck in there, if they happen to use up all the light they have, even though they probably know how to get out without seeing.

Is it really necessary to have this check?

That check was present since like forever?
I think its a perfectly good solution, don't have to use walls to navigate in the cave iirc.

Guess I had the ultimate unluck then ^^.
Since I was at the shop.. and you need to pull wall to get out from there.

Or you can go the long way around. Might have to kill a few goblins but they are pretty easy even for someone of a smaller statute. You don't have to move around the caves with the walls, but it certainly is quicker. There exist exits for the other parts.

But it is possible, I've been stuck there before. There is another path out from the shops.

goblin caves are pretty nice in terms of possible traps with no light
I mean - how can you "know" which rock to push, to open the wall anyway?
